Siraj grew up in Alum Rock — the same communities where Birmingham United Foundation delivers its programmes every week. His lived experience of social mobility through equitable opportunity is the driving philosophy behind everything the Foundation does.
With 15 years of experience spanning grassroots, non-league, professional and national level football, Rajab brings an unmatched depth of expertise to Birmingham United. His decades of community project development have shaped the Foundation’s approach to using football as a tool for social change.
Mo leads Birmingham United’s media and content output, bringing the cinematic ‘BU look’ to life across all our platforms. From matchday production to documentary series like Nations Cup and Beyond The Lens, Mo’s work tells the story of Birmingham United to the world.
Monty works across the Foundation’s sport development programmes, supporting delivery, community engagement and the growth of our sessions across Birmingham. His work is central to the day-to-day impact we have with young people every week.
