Football For Everyone

Our Community Football programme delivers sessions, tournaments and leagues in both school and community settings across Sparkhill, Sparkbrook and Balsall Heath — areas with some of the highest levels of deprivation in Birmingham and significant gaps in accessible sport provision.

We run youth teams that play recreationally in local leagues, providing young people with a sense of belonging, purpose and identity. Our coaches are trusted figures in the community — often the consistent adult presence that young people rely on week after week.

Our long-term aim: no young person in inner-city Birmingham unable to access a recreational football offer in a safe and fun environment.

We also signpost participants to clubs and wider opportunities — ensuring that football becomes a gateway to broader life outcomes, not just a Friday activity.

Our Programmes

Greet Mini League

Sparkhill • Sparkbrook • Balsall Heath

We co-deliver a football league for local schools within the Sparkhill, Sparkbrook and Balsall Heath area. Over 150 people engaged every week. We provide accessible football opportunities where none previously existed, and signpost young players to clubs. Many of the young people are not able to access mainstream competitive football because of barriers to participation, so we bring the provision to them in a hyper-local and accessible manner.
